I have known Annelien for a couple of years now and what I liked about her approach that she really listens to the candidate of what they are looking for in terms of employment.

Since being unemployed I can say I have registered to a few recruitment agencies but there has been no one that I have spoken to like Annelien she has been completely different. She is also very motivating and inspiring and she brings the best out of people. She is not one to give up on her candidates once you have left the recruitment agency she will keep in contact with you whether it be on the phone, email or a message on LinkedIn.

At present I am looking for work and in the current situation we are in she is still there helping as she always does. I would recommend Annelien if it just for a chat or a deep meaningful conversation because no matter how busy she always makes time to attend to our needs even though she may be busy herself.

That is a very good quality I like about Annelien and if she does not reply she will get back to you at some point and will not forget I am sure whatever she does will turn into gold because that is the person she is and she has a heart of gold herself.
