Job Title:   Head of/Director of Customer Service/Operations
Preferred Locations:  Ideally South West England, but flexible based on role
Salary expectations:  Role dependent

Brief Profile:
• Over 25 years of leadership experience
• I have led high-volume, omni-channel customer operations (up to 250 FTE) which have spanned both 'front' and 'back' office teams such as Care, Operations, Complaints, Billing, Collections and so on
• I have overseen multiple change and transformation projects that have added significant value in terms of service delivery, employee engagement and operational efficiency - savings of up to £5m secured
• I consider myself a very visible, focused, approachable and inclusive manager who establishes very good rapport with key stakeholders and colleagues; very comfortable working across functions and to C suite level
• I have latterly in my career taken on a number of shorter term (both strategic and tactical) assignments as a self-employed contractor and I feel these have further honed my technical and interpersonal skills and have provided invaluable transferable experience
