Recognized customer service improvements achieved through 12 years experience as a UK Networks ITIL Problem Manager writing technical reports, identifying root cause of service issues, driving to resolution and prevention of re-occurrence.

Excellent communicator, collaborator and team player demonstrated through chairing calls with internal customers and suppliers, engaging and negotiating with them to take ownership and action of service improvements, achieving 100% improvement of targeted performance results on Transmission incident resolution.

Proficient user of MS Office 365, utilizing Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and internal SQL web based systems used for data production, data entry, data analysis and graphical presentations.
